Miss South Africa Shudufhadzo Musida has recently written a truly inspiring children’s book above all. In fact her book “Shudu Finds Her Magic” is now also available in six different languages.

Furthermore the book is inspired by Musida’s own childhood. The bullying she has experienced when she moved to a new province and also a new school. Now Musida is indeed also a well-known advocate for mental health awareness.

She launched her online mental health initiative during the year 2021. Namely #MindfulMondays on her Instagram platform @shudufhadzomusida. Now in conjunction with the South African Depression and Anxiety Group and Discovery Vitality.

The book is aimed at children aged between 4 and 12 years of age. Dealing with bullying and the power of friendship. To conclude Shudufhadzo says I hope that youngsters will be able to see themselves reflected in the storyline and be able to take something positive away from it.
